Yes. You may cancel your recurring Monthly Services at any time by submitting a cancellation request through your member account or by providing written notice to Grocery Growth. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period.

If you selected a 6-, 12-, or 24-month financed payment plan and cancel before your commitment period ends, your recurring services will end at the close of your current billing period. However, you remain responsible for the remaining monthly payments through the end of your selected commitment period.

If you paid the required Setup Fee upfront, your recurring services continue on a month-to-month basis after launch. You may cancel at any time, and your services will end at the close of your current billing period. The Setup Fee is non-refundable once development has begun.

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, Grocery Growth may suspend website hosting, maintenance, technical support, or other services until the outstanding balance is paid. Continued non-payment may result in termination of services as provided in the Services Agreement.

Yes. Subject to availability, you may request to reactivate your services. If your website has been removed, archived, transferred, or otherwise modified after cancellation, additional setup, restoration, migration, or development fees may apply.
